Our Greenhouse Construction Process
We follow a structured four-stage process for every greenhouse project. It begins with a site assessment and structural design tailored to your crop type, production scale, and UAE climate conditions. Once the design is approved, we procure certified materials and begin steel frame erection, followed by covering installation using UV-resistant polycarbonate or polyethylene film. The final stage covers all mechanical and electrical fit-out: ventilation fans, evaporative cooling pads, heating coils, automated irrigation lines, and monitoring sensors.
